Tired of running on coffee and good intentions? This one is for you. Join us for an intimate two-hour morning at a cottage on Pen Lake. Julie will start the morning with an energizing one-hour Vinyasa yoga session designed to build functional strength, improve mobility and reduce the cortisol that quietly drains your energy and disrupts your sleep. It is the kind of movement that leaves you feeling strong and clear, not depleted. Then we will gather for breakfast, where Heather breaks down how to fuel your body for steady energy, balanced blood sugar and fewer cravings from morning to night. Simple, realistic strategies you can actually use.
