Wine Tasting – a la Italia

Please join us for a fun and informative Italian wine tasting featuring the wines of Senziente Wines and the expert insights of Sommelier Liz Londry!  The event will run 4:00-6:30pm at.   There will be a summer-friendly selection of reds, whites, roses and sparkling wines curated from the regions of Sicily, Tuscany, Piedmont, Veneto and Friuli.  Charcuterie and antipasti will be available throughout the tasting to help introduce some pairing concepts.  For those that joined the January 17th event, the wines will all be different choices.  

Douglas Mester is the owner of Senziente Wines and lives in nearby Utterson with his wife Barb, both of whom are members at Grandview Golf Club.  Liz Londry was the head sommelier for four years at Giulietta restaurant in Toronto (Top 100 restaurant in Canada) and has started building her own wine, dining and yoga consulting/teaching business.
